AI Voice Assistant Future Vision.

I led a future vision exploration into how AI-powered voice assistants could create value for Verizon’s customers. My role included defining the product vision, directing the design process, and identifying three high-impact use cases: Daily Debrief, Hands-Free Phone Assistant, and One-Talk Voicemail Management.

The resulting concepts demonstrated clear commercial potential by addressing real user needs in communication, productivity, and accessibility. This work provided Verizon with concrete, customer-focused scenarios that accelerated the development of its voice assistant technology and informed strategic investment decisions.
